The Note for Yourself event - Hole in the wall - is a rare event that can only spawn below Ascension 15, and if you're not playing on the highest unlocked ascension for that character. The first time you encounter it, it has an Iron Wave. You may take the card inside and store another card instead, which will be there the next time you encounter the event. The card is the same for all characters.
