A0->A20 + Heart Defect speedrun! From a fresh save file, the goal is to slay the A20 heart with Defect as quickly as possible! This involves 20 non-heart runs to unlock all the ascensions, and ends with an A20 heart kill! Baalor is allowed to use glitches and save+quit to try to go faster.
